An Update on the 4th letter of "The Problem of the Princess's Necklace"

Dear detectives,

Some of you have written in about an incomplete line on some copies of the 4th letter of our latest mystery. We’ve isolated the problem and found the missing line, for those whose letter didn’t have it. The full line, as it should have read, was:

“He stopped me. ‘Inspector, I must ask you again for your discretion. A few of my overly sensitive colleagues might misread my association with Mr. Nilsson’s shop, and so I would very much like to keep this matter private.”
